Abrasive Sharpening Stones
Abrasive sharpening stones are used to sharpen the edges of metal cutting tools and debur, clean, and smooth workpieces or surfaces. Also known as a whetstones or water stones, a sharpening stone\'s shape determines its use, and its surface material and grit size determine the finish it provides. Use slim sharpening files to get at hard-to-reach areas of machine parts and tools. Use flat, rectangular sharpening stones to get a sharp edge on knives, scissors, and razors.
