Build-Your-Own Pallet Racks
Grainger makes it easy to build and customize your own pallet rack systems using pallet rack beams, pallet rack uprights, and pallet rack decking. Pallet rack beams are available in several styles—lynx with prong connectors, teardrop with boltless assembly, bolted channel, and the flexible bolted step beams. Pallet rack uprights help create a strong, stable upright system with full horizontal and diagonal bracing to increase frame strength. Frames are prepunched with different patterns—angled keyhole-slots, teardrops, and offset anchor holes. Prepunched footplates for easy anchoring. Pallet rack decking is available in galvanized steel for frozen packaging that may melt, thaw or leak; all-welded wire waterfall that is stronger and more cost-effective than wood; and zinc-plated decking with inverted channels to prevent buildup of dirt and debris.
