Drill Blanks and Sets
Grainger has a wide assortment of blanks, or pieces of rod-shaped material used for creating cutting tools such as drill bits. Drill blanks and drill blank sets can be used for checking hole size and to create gauges, drifts, punches, rollers, locating pins, spindles, and knockout pins. They are usually carbide or steel raw material used to forge drill bits for industrial applications. They are also known as HSS blanks. Drill blank sets feature a bright finish and come in fractional inch, metric, wire, and letter dimension assortments.
