Recessed Lighting Fixtures
Recessed lighting fixtures install into a cutout in a ceiling to mount flush with the ceiling surface. Also called downlights, can lights, or pot lights, they supply direct overhead lighting while blending into ceilings and without taking up headroom in low-clearance areas. Multiple fixtures can be wired together along a single cable for additional coverage without extensive wiring. Recessed lighting is often used as task lighting over desks, tables, counters, and other work surfaces.
