Lighting Fixtures
Lighting fixtures are electrical devices that house and power light bulbs to produce light. Sometimes called luminaires, they mount to a ceiling or wall to spread light to the surrounding area. Light fixtures are designed and sized to suit specific applications and to accept specific light bulbs. Fixtures used for indoor lighting range from under cabinet fixtures for shining light onto countertops to bay lights for delivering large amounts of light from a high ceiling to the floor. Outdoor fixtures include roadway lights for lighting streets or parking lots and landscape lights for accent lighting of building exteriors and gardens.
