Rotary Shaft Seal: 2 Lip w/Spring, TC, Nitrile, 42 mm ID, 60 mm OD, 12 mm Wd, 7 psi Max Pressure

These dual-lip rotary shaft seals retain oil and have a rubber-enclosed metal case for fitting to a bore housing with a rough surface. The rubber conforms to the rough bore to ensure a tight fit. These seals have an auxiliary lip, or dust lip, that protects the sealing lip from contaminants in harsher environments. Dual-lip seals reduce wear and extend the life of the seal but operate at lower speeds than single-lip seals.
