Grade 8 plow bucket-tooth bolts have a locking key that holds the bolt as the nut is fastened. These bolts have smooth, angled heads to sit flush within their countersunk holes. The hole must first be countersunk with the chamfered edge to sit flush. These bolts secure heavy equipment parts. Note: partially threaded bolts may have threads that extend all the way to the top of the head, provided they meet the minimum thread length requirement. This can make the bolt look fully threaded.
